3. User Accounts and Eligibility
To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account.
By creating an account, you agree that:

5. Shipping and Delivery Policies
For physical artwork:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances.
The Platform or the individual artist may fulfill shipment depending on the structure of the marketplace.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Company is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses.
Risk of loss generally transfers to the buyer once the item is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise stated.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Return and refund policies may vary depending on the type of artwork.
Physical Artwork
Returns may be accepted if:

The item arrives damaged

The item is significantly different from its listing description
Requests for returns must typically be made within 30 days of delivery. We will refund your painting but will reserve a 15% restocking fee and buyer pays return shipping, as long as painting is not damaged.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital goods, digital downloads are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment or download access is provided.
The Company reserves the right to issue refunds or deny refund requests at its discretion in cases of suspected abuse.
7. Artist Responsibilities
Artists who list artwork on the Platform agree to:

Provide accurate descriptions and images of their artwork

Ship items within the stated time frame

Fulfill orders in good faith

Ensure they own the rights to sell the artwork
Artists must not upload artwork that:

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright unless explicitly agreed in writing.

without permission from the artist.
The Platform’s logos, website design, and content are the property of the Company and may not be used without permission.
